Return & Refund Policy – Présme

At Présme, every set is handmade with care and quality. Because our products are custom-made and hygienic, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Please review the details below before purchasing.
1. Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing info@presme.ca.
After 12 hours (or once production begins), cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
2. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails and nail kits are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@presme.ca with:
Your order number,
Clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
We will review your request and may offer one of the following:
A replacement of the damaged/incorrect item, or
A store credit of equal value (at our discretion).
3. Shipping Issues
Présme is not responsible for:
packages lost or delayed due to carrier errors or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout;
customs delays or import duties for international orders.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
4. Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.
