Shipping policy

Return and Refund: 

Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

 

Shipping:

All orders take 2-6 business days processing time before shipping.

Domestic (Canada): 2 – 7 business days

International: 2 – 3 weeks (estimated dates will be shown at checkout based on your location)

You will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order. Delivery addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Once processed, you will receive an email with the shipping date and tracking information. Shipping times are guides; we are not responsible for customs delays or other possible delays.

All domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 8 PM UTC-6, Monday – Saturday, will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

International Customs and Duty Fees:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and duty fees incurred once the order reaches its destination, as we cannot advise on the exact amount.
